What are the RBI guidelines for loan recovery agents?
📌 The RBI has issued some rules for debt collectors (third-party recovery agents) that protect consumers from abuse and mental harassment.
RBI rules include:
📌 The loan recovery agent(s) cannot visit your home without an appointment.
📌 The loan recovery agent(s) cannot call you at work or visit your office without notice.
📌 The loan recovery agent(s) cannot insult or intimidate you in any manner.
📌 The loan recovery agent(s) can't use abusive language while interacting with you.
📌 The loan recovery agent(s) need to carry the bank’s identification and authorization letter.
📌 The loan recovery agent(s) cannot contact you before 7 am and after 7 pm.

📌 ನಿಮಗೆ ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಲದ EMI ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಒತ್ತಡವನ್ನು ಹಾಕುವುದು.
📌 ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರಿಗೆ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಹಾಕುವುದು.
📌 ಸೂಚನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಮನೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅವಮಾನಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಸಾಲ ವಸೂಲಾತಿ ಏಜೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ RBI ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳು ಯಾವುವು?
📌 RBI ನಿಂದನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಕಿರುಕುಳದಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಸಾಲ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಕಾರರಿಗೆ (ಮೂರನೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ವಸೂಲಾತಿ ಏಜೆಂಟ್) ಕೆಲವು ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

📌 ಲೋನ್ ರಿಕವರಿ ಏಜೆಂಟ್(ಗಳು) ಅಪಾಯಿಂಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
📌 ಲೋನ್ ರಿಕವರಿ ಏಜೆಂಟ್(ಗಳು) ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೆಲಸದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಅಥವಾ ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
📌 ಲೋನ್ ರಿಕವರಿ ಏಜೆಂಟ್(ಗಳು) ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಮಾನಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಬೆದರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
📌 ಸಾಲ ವಸೂಲಾತಿ ಏಜೆಂಟ್(ಗಳು) ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಹನ ನಡೆಸುವಾಗ ನಿಂದನೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
📌 ಸಾಲ ವಸೂಲಾತಿ ಏಜೆಂಟ್(ಗಳು) ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಗುರುತಿನ ಮತ್ತು ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಒಯ್ಯಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
📌 ಲೋನ್ ರಿಕವರಿ ಏಜೆಂಟ್(ಗಳು) ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 7 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಮೊದಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಜೆ 7 ಗಂಟೆಯ ನಂತರ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
